TThe Registration Fee per Doctor prior to November 30th, 2009 is $600. Additional attendees (i.e. staff, spouses, students, etc.) are also invited at a reduced cost of $300 per person. NOTE: Late registration fee after November 30th, 2009 is $700 for Doctors & $350 for additional attendees. This fee includes a continental breakfast each morning, a luncheon on Saturday as well as a kick-off cocktail party on Friday at the close of the last session to give you a chance to network with friends and new acquaintances.
