II. Collection and Use of Personal Information by DIGIPLEX We provide various informative features as part of this website, including theater and movie information, ticket pricing and show times. We may also offer opportunities for website interaction, submissions or registrations. For example, we may offer opportunities to post comments, participate in sweepstakes, promotions or surveys, request information regarding theater rentals or birthday parties, join loyalty programs, or obtain tickets or gift cards. To operate these features, we may request and collect certain personally identifiable information provided by our visitors, including, but not limited to, name, home and email addresses, telephone numbers and other identifying information (referred to herein as "personal information"). We may use collected personal information to respond to visitor inquiries or requests; allow online submissions or registrations; improve our services; protect the security of our visitors, system, service and/or website; for marketing, advertising and/or promotional use; for resume submissions and employment consideration; and to survey visitors about various topics, including their entertainment preferences and service offerings. Collection of Personal Information by Third Party Service Providers Certain of the services offered on the site, including movie ticket purchases, group discount ticket purchases and gift card purchases are offered through third party service providers with which DIGIPLEX has contractual relationships. For example, regular movie ticket purchases are currently made through Movie Tickets.com. Inc. ("MovieTickets.com") and Ready Theater Systems (RTS). Discount group ticket and gift card purchases are currently made at the box office ONLY.

When making an online regular movie ticket purchase you are leaving the DIGIPLEX site for the MovieTickets.com site or the RTS site. Any personal or financial information, such as credit or debit card numbers and/or bank or other financial institution account number information, that you provide in connection with such purchase is provided directly to MovieTickets.com or RTS, not DIGIPLEX and is subject to the terms of MovieTickets.com's own privacy policy. MovieTickets.com does not share any of the personal or billing information that you provide it in connection with such purchase with DIGIPLEX. 

IV. Collection of Non-Personal Information We may collect non-personal information about visitors through use of cookies or gifs.

Cookies. A cookie is a small data file that contains a unique identification number that a website places on your hard drive. The "cookie" is able to store information such as data about your computer, the type of browser you use, and how many times your computer visits a certain site and selections chosen.

Gifs. A clear gif [Graphics Interchange Format] (also known as pixel tags, web beacons or web bugs) is a tiny line of code only 1 by 1 pixel in size that is programmed to collect certain information about a visit to a particular website, such as how many hits a site link receives or to retrieve certain cookies or track visitor preferences.

These devices automatically collect certain aggregate data, including Internet server and browser identification, Internet service provider, clickstream information, the web page from which a visitor enters our site, web pages visited, usage patterns, duration of site visit and domain type. X. Children's Privacy Policy Our website is a general audience site intended for visitors over eighteen years of age. We do not target this site to appeal to children under the age of thirteen and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen. If upon notification by a parent or guardian, or discovery by other means, that a child under thirteen has improperly submitted personal information over our site, we will delete the child's personal information from our records.
