We may also offer opportunities for website interaction, submissions or registrations. Collection of Personal Information by Third Party Service Providers Certain of the services offered on the site, including movie ticket purchases, group discount ticket purchases and gift card purchases are offered through third party service providers with which DIGIPLEX has contractual relationships. For example, regular movie ticket purchases are currently made through Movie Tickets.com. Inc. ("MovieTickets.com") and Ready Theater Systems (RTS). Discount group ticket and gift card purchases are currently made at the box office ONLY.
When making an online regular movie ticket purchase you are leaving the DIGIPLEX site for the MovieTickets.com site or the RTS site. Any personal or financial information, such as credit or debit card numbers and/or bank or other financial institution account number information, that you provide in connection with such purchase is provided directly to MovieTickets.com or RTS, not DIGIPLEX and is subject to the terms of MovieTickets.com's own privacy policy. MovieTickets.com does not share any of the personal or billing information that you provide it in connection with such purchase with DIGIPLEX.
IV. Collection of Non-Personal Information We may collect non-personal information about visitors through use of cookies or gifs.
